Have stayed here many times and would like to stay longer. Well laid out and lovely looking units with balconies over the water, harbour view, as example, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. I was offered a marvellous breakfast for vegan. This hotel was set in a central area right by the north Island of New Zealand, a good restaurant and Close to both Tauranga. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby;))

The rooms are spacious, and the Urban Balcony Premium one does provide a larger layout. The bathroom is clean, and the shower is nice.
Unfortunately, the room I booked lacked the promised private balcony and instead faced the bar deck, leading to a noisy environment with little privacy. The underpass below created wind noise at night. The air conditioning was quite loud, waking me up several times. The room felt overpriced for the experience, especially with the misleading room description and the quality of the amenities.

The fine coastal views from my room . The infinity pool provided a lovely retreat, perfect for soaking up the sun. The room, a premium urban balcony, was spacious with a clean, modern bathroom. I appreciated the comfortable bed and clean towels every day. There were issues that needed addressing. The shower had unpredictable temperature changes, causing a few surprises during use. Noise from the bar deck disrupted my evening, affecting the overall comfort level. The air conditioning unit was loud, waking me up at night. While the hotel had great points, improvements in soundproofing and maintenance would enhance the experience significantly.

The view is beautiful! Highly recommended when watching the sunrise from the jetty. The staff is very friendly. During our stay we had a very nice room with a big bathroom and balcony. The situation is excellent. The city centre can be reached on foot in 5-8 minutes.

We had stayed at the sebel previous to this trip and encountered no problems with service or the room itself. Reasonably priced apart from extras. Internet/movie services are very costly and not worth using. Well soundproofed rooms and very clean apart from the glass in our shower. Would stay there again
Internet/movie services are very costly and not worth using. Internet charges especially - around $10.00 for half an hours use. Would suggest to Sebel to provide wireless free of charge for guests. Minor cleanliness issues but nothing worth directly complaining over.
